Limit duplicate tarball cancellation to pull request builds that actually carry a pull request sourcestamp, and only cancel matching same-revision builds from normal branch push refs. Keep cancellation best-effort by logging per-buildrequest failures and continuing instead of failing the tarball-docker step.
