Add ADS1118 support for Thermocouple Temperature reading
Requirements
A board with ADS1118 ADC converter for temperature/thermocouple reading, such as Mightyboard rev G/H
Benefits
This will enable to support the old and forgotten makerbots that use Mightyboard rev G/H
