This update fixes the update loop bug, sorry guys

• New updater, the app will now handle everything from checking to install. You'll get a popup when the update is ready for you
• Windows 7 no longer has that stupid UI glitch (hooray)
• There is now a splash screen, so you don't have to watch the app initialize
