The folder Labeled Spring 25 exploration contain the most up to date info.

main.py contains the general evolutionary wrapper helpers.py contains helper functions used to choosing the new generation and fitness evaluations graph.py is used to graph the resulting evolution trials

equationtesting.py contains the graphing/optimization used in the write up

These should be commented in a way that makes sense to what each thing does (hopefully)

Past esploration is all past code, might have some usefull tidbits but procede with cuation its not commented well and might be a little wrong at points. Maybe send me a message if you have any questions about it.
