- make it slightly more generic so that new mega.nz inventions can be incorporated more easily in the future.

- free as soon as tokens_range is not needed - allow inverted ranges - allow ranges of 1-1 or 5-5 - fix off-by-1 in g_renew - sanity check for extremely large ranges
