This PR (Closes #461) adds the option to display a Mechanism2d in the XY plane of the 3D field.
Previously, only the XZ and YZ planes were possible, but being able to display in XY plane is useful for displaying mechanisms such as turrets.
This PR also updates the documentation on the 3D field to reflect this change.
Something I would like input on is the vertical offset of the mechanism. Since it's displayed in the XY plane, it is often hidden underneath the robot.
