Allows for enabling sourcemaps with
ENABLE_SOURCEMAP=true, documents it, and makes XRServer serve them correctly. This makes debugging much easier and allows for in-IDE debugging from Typescript directly, even for XR.Also makes XRServer serve the raw typescript source files so remote debugging is possible, like from Meta Quest devtools.
