@Herschenglime can you bump cmake to at least 3.10 and do build test to see if everything compiles?

@Herschenglime Good catch with the ros2_test vs ros2_ws. In ideal scenario, the name of the workspace shouldn't be hardcoded but we can think about something about this on the next PR

Based on #35, I modified the repository to build successfully on a Jetson Orin Nano.
It's currently a little clunky as it requires running a separate build_libs.sh script first before building the actual package, so I'm leaving this as a draft for further suggestions.
