RFE: include mud, snow, ice terrain modifiers on generated maps #3850

As of 49.7 the only way to get terrain modifiers such as thin or deep snow, mud, or ice on generated maps is to use the appropriate weather conditions e.g. rain for mud, heavy snowfall for snow. There is also no way to start a game with a generated map that has existing snow, thin or deep.

The Random map settings dialog has a Natural Features tab which already has entries for rough, sand, swamp, and so on. Additional settings for thin and deep snow, ice, and mud could be added. There would need to be some additional work for the snow/ice entries, with the fields enabled only when appropriate temperature settings are in use.

The additional settings should also be addressable by scenarios started from MekHQ.
