Brief Description *
While DFA'ing and ending the DFA over a water tile of height -2, the mech remained in a "falling" state that was never resolved. The mech was unable to make any movement actions, but was still able to fire.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Have a light mech with jumpjets DFA a heavier mech in such a way that the lighter mech ends the DFA above a -2 height tile.
Mechs in question: Spider & Hunchback
