Strategic Operations page 179 details a Fabrication mechanic by which tech teams can make some replacement parts from scratch. This would be very nice to have available in MHQ, during contracts that limit part availability for instance.

(Note that there has been some errata applied to this section of SO; the changes to Fabrication seem to have been minor but it was affected.)
