RFE: Add "failed piloting check" as an Edge Trigger

After one too many fumbled piloting checks resulted in a fall or damaged hip by an elite mechwarrior with multiple edge points remaining, I'd like to add a piloting check to my Edge Triggers I can use for my mechwarriors.
