RFE: AddingPortraits.txt (portrait documentation) modifications

Description

I find the documentation for portrait folders to be unclear in some parts, so I have some suggestions:

1. Detailing which roles go into the general "combat" and "support" folders. The main reason for this is that I would assume "Vessel Crew" would be combat, but they're one of the "specialist" grouping folders, so it's not clear to me whether they are counted as support or combat. But I also think it would be generally helpful.

2. I would suggest changing the format to be closer to a "table" for all roles (which takes care of point 1). So it would look something like this (dots for spacing format on github):

I think this would make it a little more clear which folders each role checks first, second, and then third (with the notes about gender folders staying as-is, so that it remains clear that all roles check that folder last)(and the notes about admin staying as-is, since they're a unique case).

3. Making it clear that capitalization & exact spelling must be followed (I assume it should be). Mostly because the "MechWarrior" folder has a capital W, but the role itself does not. I haven't had a problem, but I read some other github issues where it was noted, plus it might stave off confusion right from the start for people who don't realize/aren't as careful.

This should wait until I finish my work on portraits, although is largely made superfluous by the addition of the Portrait setup in our base release.

However, to provide some quick info:

1. Support roles are the ones that are explicitly support, so tech, medic, admin, none.

2. It does not rely on capitalization. However, I have only tested on Windows 10. The github issues were (I believe) due to how we were combining file paths on the backend, and I believe the issues to be fixed at this time. If I get reports in versions after 0.47.11 I shall take a further look at deciphering why this is occuring.

What is the "portrait setup"? I downloaded 47.14, and it has a bunch of folders added in the male/female set, with custom made pictures (not sure if they're edited of real people or made from scratch), but there are some roles or generalist folders (e.g. "combat" or "techs") that aren't in the gendered portraits folders. And there are still going to be a limited amount of pictures for any specific role, so people will still need to know what folders are checked when a role runs out of pics. So based on that I think that it would still be useful to have a table-type documentation that outlines which folders each role checks first/second/third.
