Retainer contract with Lyran Commonwealth not converted to Federated Commonwealth after faction change

As in the title. A retainer contract was established with the Lyran Commonwealth prior to the establishment of the Federated Commonwealth. Once the change takes place, the retainer contract is still to the now non-existent faction and no contracts are being generated.
