Description
It would be nice to have the option of including "None" as an option in the Ally Rating. In some cases additional forces are to be expected, such as Planetary Assault missions. In others, such as Diversionary Raid and Recon Raid, it would be much more common to be operating without any backup.
This would need to tie into facility generation in StratCon. Friendly facilities which generate allied forces may need to be reduced to no chance of being generated, or they may be limited to providing a static low level such as Green/F rated. Captured facilities of those types would also need to be handled, either the latter option or a one-time bonus of support points to represent stripping the facility of usable materials.
