RFE - Command Center Shortcut Button Rework

Low Priority, but: Ive spent a lot of time on this page recently and this occured to me. The shortcut buttons are incomplete and sometimes confusingly named. Also i know for a fact that someone recently wasnt even aware there was a contract market, so this will increase visibility.

The buttons should match the names of the menu items, I think. And some are missing. So I think:

1. Rename the "Find Units" button to "Unit Market"
2. Add buttons for Contract Market, Personnel Market;
3. Perhaps add buttons for Full Unit List (and Rename menu item to same) and Bulk Hire Personnel and Ship Search.
