Description
Elissa currently shows it is C-Rated Pony Express in all eras. However, it actually maintained a B-Rated HPG until 3049 at the start of the Clan invasion (ComStar, Page 65 has it's last transmission). I am not sure if planetary information can change based on year in MekHQ so disregard if a fix is not possible but I am bugging it only because Elissa has a shocking amount of timeline events occur on it for such a remote world.
