[RFE] Sort by Descending date option for Finances

RFE Details *

This is an improvement to an existing feature

Brief Description *

The finance tab in MekHQ could benefit from a sorting option, either on option or in the tab that allows the sort option to be toggled between ascending and descending date. Or, if simpler should be changed to descending as typically a transaction sheet or a mini statement is sorted in descending order whilst a statement, which this isn't, is in ascending order/day to day progression.
