Medium (Gameplay Limitation): Non-core functionality is impaired, providing a suboptimal but playable experience.

Brief Description *

When revealing hex 0206 Track 0, a contract objective is suppose to spawn according to the objective list but nothing is generated.

Steps to Reproduce

Load save, reveal hex 0206 track 0 and see the objective list update without spawning a mission.
