Elemental battlesuit not available to Clan in 3032

Brief Description *

Playing a game as a (non-lore) Jade Falcon unit. Elemental armour and parts show as impossible to acquire.
It may or may not matter that the save has been updated through multiple game versions, and it was at one point (2 days ago) necessary to unassign/reassign personnel from/to unit as it showed 5/4, when squad had 4 personnel and 5 suits (one destroyed, 9 months since last deployed as parts are clearly made of unobtainium). Also had to do the same for other battle armour squad and all infantry.

3. Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to repair Elemental squad equipment
2. Parts missing/soldier KIA
3. Order parts in repair bay dialogue
4. Check Command centre, parts extinct.
