[RFE] more consistent usage of time available/reserved for techs

Brief Description of Enhancement *

Activating/Mothballing a unit I shows the "Time available"
Assinig a Tech to a unit for maintenance shows the "Time already reserved"

I find it a bit confusing that one time i want the high number and the other time the low number.

At least there should be a hin on how to interpret the number e.g like in the repair bay "minutes left"

Could you provide a list of all areas where we're showing different values, the expected values and, ideally, screenshots of the specific area of the GUI those values appear.

If you can do that I'll be able to very easily close this off.

To be clear, I know about the one place mentioned in your description, I'm just wanting to make sure I hit them all if there are others :)

I have not encounterd other cases with where I was confused about the
time being displayed, but I have only played the game for a few weeks and
do not have my own dropship, so I don't know where the tech "Time available"/"Time already reserved"
could com into play.

Here is a list of cases where i know/think the Tech Time is relevant:

• Repair in "Repair Bay"
• Repair of Parts in Warehouse
• Refit of Unit
• Mothballing / Activating
• ?Random Events?
