Brief Description of Enhancement *
Add some capacity to put non-combat personnel on a 'training detail' to increase the odds/rate of gaining XP.
Use Cases or Rationale
- As it stands, non-combat personnel take forever to move up from Green to Regular, and are effectively stuck there beyond that. It'd be great to be able to assign them to a training detail to boost the chance of gaining XP.
- Might require Admin/HR for a certain number of personnel, and/or add a risk of injury.
