Removes [vite](https://github.com/vitejs/vite/tree/HEAD/packages/vite). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [nuxt](https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/tree/HEAD/packages/nuxt). These dependencies need to be updated together.
