this commit adjusts the VF injector chart to make the hostNetwork field configurable. This is useful for cases where the CNI bring up flow relies on other Pods to be there, which is a deadlock scenario for the default hostNetwork: false. Signed-off-by: Vasilis Remmas <vremmas@nvidia.com>

I guess the given dnsPolicy is the only sensible value when having hostNetwork set to true?
