includes: - gitlab CI pipeline that reflects original/existing reusable workflows fork CI. - remove STIG variant from fork-ci since now handled internally, via gitlab CI. - up to date and maintained STIG base image (from artifactory). - integrated the 2 STIG-FIPS scripts for hardening.
