Overview
Adds coinbaseassistance.help to the phishing domain list in config.json, alongside the existing coinbaseassistance.org entry. Also fixes JSON formatting by adding a trailing comma after allocation-world.xyz so the new domain can be appended correctly.

No application logic changes—only the synchronized blocklist consumed by PhishingDetector.
