Single-domain blocklist addition with no logic changes; only expands what checkDomain flags as phishing.

Overview
Automated config sync adds help-app-metahelps.gitbook.io to the phishing domain blocklist in config.json (with the usual trailing-comma fix on the previous entry).

That list is loaded by PhishingDetector in src/index.ts, so the new hostname will be treated as blocked on the next deploy.
