Adds comprehensive ERC-4337 Bundler method docs (concepts, per-network references), introduces Bundler credit pricing, and tweaks tab list styles for lists.

• Docs (ERC-4337 Bundler):
  • Add concept page services/concepts/bundler.md and extensive per-network references (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Blast, BNB Smart Chain, Celo, Linea, Mantle, opBNB, Optimism, Polygon, Scroll, Sei, Unichain).
  • Include method pages, shared partials, and curl examples for eth_* and pimlico_*/pm_* endpoints, with requests/responses/returns and errors where relevant.
• Pricing:
  • Add Bundler credit costs section in services/get-started/pricing/credit-cost.mdx and register Bundler API costs in src/lib/data.js (API_COSTS.bundler).
• UI/Styling:
  • Improve tab panel list rendering in src/theme/Tabs/styles.module.scss (bullet visibility/spacing).
