Follow up to #2875 to enhance MM Connect docs. This PR focuses on MM Connect EVM, and includes style fixes identified during audit.

Main content changes include:

• Add prerequisites where applicable to EVM guides.
• Reorder EVM methods reference.
• Add EVM headless mode guide (preview).
• Update Manage networks guide to use client methods instead of RPC methods (preview).
• Update Manage user accounts guide (preview):
  • Update Connect wallet section to use client methods instead of RPC methods
  • Add Connect and execute section

Main style changes include:

• Reduce visual impact of inline code and links to allow better flow within paragraph (unbold links, reduce space from underline, decrease inline code size).
• Fix styling for details collapsible boxes.
• Fix styling for tabbed content.

And other small style, format, context edits.

Overview
Updates MetaMask Connect EVM documentation to standardize prerequisites across guides, modernize examples to prefer client helpers like connect, getChainId, and switchChain (instead of raw RPC calls), and add a new headless mode guide for custom QR/deeplink connection UIs.

Reorganizes the EVM methods reference (including correcting the ui.headless link), adds a connectWith “connect and execute” walkthrough, and makes small content/format fixes (collapsible code sample for the Hello World contract, image markup adjustments, minor copy tweaks).

Tweaks docs site styling to reduce inline code/link visual weight, fix details/collapsible presentation, and improve tab panel spacing/consistency.
