Overview
Updates smart-accounts-kit/get-started/use-the-cli.md to reflect the latest @metamask/create-gator-app prompts by adding the node framework option.

Reworks the Supported templates table to include a Node.js column and documents the new x402 Server template as Node-only, while marking existing templates as not supported on Node.
