E2E Test Selection:
All 14 changed files are locale/language JSON translation files (de, el, es, fr, hi, id, ja, ko, pt, ru, tl, tr, vi, zh). The changes consist of:

1. New access_restricted section: Adds compliance screening restriction message strings (currently in English across all non-English locales, suggesting these are newly added keys being propagated).
2. Translated token_contract_warning and smart_contract_address strings: Previously untranslated English strings now have proper translations in each language.
