feat: update tempo native logo

Description

Changes "tempo native token" logo. Tempo doesn't have a native token, but this logo is still shown when a tx will fail.
Another PR is made for updating the pathUSD logo accordingly in the token list, but is not in the scope of this PR.

1. Generate a tx that will fail on Tempo (for example any tx from an empty account)
2. Observe new "pathUSD" logo in "network fee" section.
