Pull request overview
Updates the E-family v6 constrained vCPU table entries in constrained-vcpu.md so the Active vCPUs values reflect the constrained (suffix) vCPU count for each listed size.
Changes:
- Updated the Active vCPUs values for E-family v6
s_v6andds_v6constrained sizes (for example,Standard_E64-16s_v6now shows16active vCPUs instead of64). - Reformatted/rewrote the affected E-family v6 table rows as part of the value updates.
