Testing this out on our tenant, trying to configure who receives these alerts. Cannot be done in powershell, apparently. If there is a non-enterprise way to do this in ExchangeOnlineManagement (Besides Set-ProtectionAlert/Get-ProtectionAlert), would love to know - trying to do this quickly on many tenants.
