This PR adds an example scenario to the "POS inventory lookup with channel-side calculation" article, showing how channel-side calculation prevents overselling caused by offline transactions (walk-in or phone sales) that haven't yet synchronized to Commerce headquarters via the 1130 job.
Supersedes #5187, which contained unrelated commits due to a branching mistake on my side. This PR contains a single clean commit.
