This PR adds guidance to the "Apply inventory settings" article on choosing between hiding and moving out-of-stock products based on the restocking cycle, and on selecting inventory range messages appropriate to the product category.
Supersedes #5188, which contained unrelated commits due to a branching mistake on my side. This PR contains a single clean commit.
