This PR adds guidance to the "Inventory-aware product listing" article on choosing between hiding out-of-stock products and moving them to the bottom of a listing page, based on customer behavior and catalog structure.
Supersedes the second commit of #5185, which combined changes to two articles in a single PR. This PR contains only the change to this article, for easier review.
