# Manage shared agents in the Microsoft 365 admin center

You can manage shared agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot on the Integrated apps page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The Integrated apps page provides administrators with the tools you need to manage applications integrated into your tenant. You can use this page to review app usage, manage app lifecycles, and take actions to ensure compliance and security.

When managing shared agents for Copilot, you have visibility and control over agents that are shared within your organization, empowering you to monitor, govern, and act as needed.

## What is a shared agent?

Shared agents are custom versions of Microsoft 365 Copilot that combine instructions, knowledge, and skills to perform specific tasks or scenarios. These agents can be created and shared by creators through multiple channels, such as Microsoft Cloud Solutions (MCS), Microsoft Teams, Agent Builder, and more. Shared agents enhance the functionality of Copilot by adding search capabilities, custom actions, connectors, and APIs. To learn more, see [Share agents with other users](/microsoft-copilot-studio/admin-share-bots).

As an admin, you can view shared agents on the Integrated apps page In the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can see a list of all shared agents, including details such as the agent's name, creator, creation date, host products, and availability status. You can search for specific agents and manage their lifecycle, including blocking agents that are deemed unsafe or noncompliant.

For your users, shared agents are available through Copilot on different surfaces. Users can interact with these agents to perform specific tasks or get assistance based on the agent's capabilities.

## Prerequisites

As an admin, you can block or unblock shared agents in your organization. To do this, you must sign in with one of the following roles:

- Global Administrator
- AI Administrator
- Global Reader
- Exchange Administrator
- Azure Application Administrator

## How to block a shared agent

Blocking shared agents is a critical feature for ensuring security and compliance. You can block agents that are unsafe or no longer needed.

### Steps to block

1. Navigate to the **Integrated apps** page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Select the **Shared agents** tab and find the shared agent you want to block. You can select an agent from the list, or search for an agent using relevant attributes, such as the agent's name or the creator's name.

3. Choose the agent and review details in the side pane.
4. Select **Block** to prevent further use of the agent within the tenant.

Blocked agents are disabled, and users won’t be able to use blocked agents.

## How to unblock a shared agent

If you need to restore access to a previously blocked agent, you can unblock it to allow users to use the agent again.

### Steps to unblock

1. Navigate to the **Integrated apps** page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Select the **Shared agents** tab and locate the shared agent you want to unblock.
3. Select **Unblock** to restore use of the agent within the tenant.

:::image type="content" source="../../media/shared-agents-unblock.png" alt-text="Screenshot showing the pane to unblock a shared agent." lightbox="../../media/shared-agents-unblock.png":::

After the agent is unblocked, it’ll be restored to the most recent availability and deployment state.

## Export to Excel

You can export the list of shared agents to an Excel file. This is essential for detailed analysis and reporting. The exported file includes comprehensive information about each shared agent, such as:

- Name
- Host products
- Created date
- Developer name
- Description
- Status
- Version

This enables you to efficiently manage and review the shared agents within your organization, ensuring compliance and optimizing resource allocation.

User feedback is a critical signal for Microsoft to understand user experiences with Microsoft products. Microsoft values our users’ opinions. User feedback goes directly to our engineers and helps us shape the future of Microsoft products and services for all our users. In this article, you'll find information on what types of feedback exist, how we collect it, what we collect and how we handle the data.

As an admin, you can manage the feedback signal for your organization. We’re introducing a new set of policy settings to help you manage user feedback collection within the Microsoft 365 applications for your organization. ### In-product surveys

Users can rate their experience and provide additional information about their experience via system-initiated survey prompts. These prompts occur within the Microsoft 365 products from time to time. When prompted, users can choose if they want to provide feedback. The survey prompts typically appears at the bottom right of the app. If the user decides to provide feedback, dismisses the prompt, or lets the prompt disappear on its own, that user won't see the survey again for some time. Microsoft also leverages a governance process to limit the number of these system-initiated surveys. The intent of governance is to ensure users aren't overwhelmed by the number of survey prompts.

### Community feedback

Users can leverage the new [Microsoft feedback portal](https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/) to participate in public community forums for all the Microsoft 365 products. The new Feedback portal allows users to browse and upvote publicly submitted feedback as well as submit new public community feedback for any of the supported products. Top known feedback items remain available in the new portal. This portal is also a new response canvas for users to track official Microsoft responses and engage with Microsoft on feedback they submit.

## How Microsoft uses feedback

Microsoft uses feedback to improve Microsoft products. We get user feedback in the form of questions, problems, compliments, and suggestions. We make sure this feedback makes it back to the appropriate teams, who use feedback to identify, prioritize and make improvements to Microsoft products. Feedback is essential for our product teams to understand our user's experiences, and directly influences the priority of fixes and improvements.

## How can I see my user's feedback?

To meet Microsoft’s legal obligations to customers, we've added an experience in the Microsoft 365 admin center that lets administrators view, delete, and export the feedback data for their organizations. As part of their data controller responsibility, customers own all user feedback data and this functionality will assist administrators to provide direct transparency into their users’ experiences with Microsoft 365 products and enable user feedback data to be provided as part of any Data Subject Request. The Compliance Administrator role (and the Global Administrator role) has the ability to view, export, and delete user feedback. All other administrators, as well as readers, are able to view and export feedback data but can't perform compliance related tasks or see information about who posted the feedback (such as user name, email, or device name). To access your organization's feedback data, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and customize navigation to show the health node. Access this experience by selecting **Product Feedback** under the Health node.
