Deprecate canvas pack and unpack commands in CLI reference

The pac canvas pack and pack canvas unpack commands are marked as deprecated in the canvas intro but not in their own cli reference.
Since this is confusing I changed the Preview hint to Deprecated.

I also added a hint to another documentation which explains that .msapp files are just archives and that the .fx.yaml file format is also deprecated because this allows the users to move away from the deprecated commands
