Summary

Add Android fallback to custom BackgroundHaptics module using React Native Vibration API
Ensure vibration handler triggers appropriate feedback on Android when app is backgrounded
Keep a silent looping sound when app enters background and request WAKE_LOCK permission for Android

Testing
