Implements the complete onboarding flow matching Figma designs with 3 main steps:
Features:
Step 1: Challenge level selection (Beginner → Expert)
Step 2: Challenge types selection (Coding, Logic, Blockchain)
Step 3: Referral source + Age range selection
Loading screen: Animated progress bar with bouncing puzzle icon
UI/UX:
Inline puzzle icon + title card layout
3D button styling with blue borders and shadows
White progress bar track with blue fill
Consistent gap-6 spacing between cards
Responsive design with dark theme (#020817)
Technical:
OnboardingContext for cross-step state management
Modular page components under /app/onboarding/
Custom SVG icons for levels and challenge types
Closes #209
