Add EVENT_TAXONOMY.md listing every AnalyticsEvent.eventName in use, its expected metadata shape, and the noun_pastTenseVerb naming convention with good/bad examples. Covers onboarding, puzzle, streak, quest, auth, and wallet events. Closes MindBlockLabs#567
