chore: Release 4.1.0 and upgrading release process

This PR contains all the changes to fix the release the process, as well as the changes necessary to release version 4.1.0 of the provider.

Still WIP.

Currently trying to publish but getting the following error:

Could not PUT 'https://oss.sonatype.org/service/local/staging/deploy/maven2/com/raygun/raygun4android/4.1.0/raygun4android-4.1.0.pom'. Received status code 401 from server: Content access is protected by token

I'll try to find out what I am doing wrong

Oh, I was using the wrong credentials for publishing, now this is working.

I published version 4.1.0 as it is in this PR.
