feat: web-vitals to v5

Continues the work from #536 upgrading web-vitals from v3 to v5.

• The handler for First Input Delay (FID) was removed and fully replaced by INP, explain here: https://web.dev/blog/inp-cwv-launch#fid_deprecation_timeline
• Performed some tests, comparing the two, and from the provider point of view the change is fairly simple, as we use the same handler to capture both data.
• The difference is on Raygun.com RUM dashboard, what I could see is that the report data that originally appeared on the FID section now appears under INP.

This is a draft PR and we are discussing internally how to proceed

• Upgraded web-vitals from v3 to v5
• Removed deprecated handler method onFID()
• Added UI components to the "basic RUM" demo code to test the UX performance reporting (see screenshot)
