Summary

add miosa docker-deploy / miosa docker commands for host management
expose hosts, ensure, show, templates, and template subcommands
register the command in the CLI binary and cover it with focused tests

Verification

npm ci
npm run test -- docker-deploy
npm run typecheck
npm run build
git diff --check
