Summary

route top-level miosa cp/ls sandbox-id:/path targets through sandbox file APIs
support sandbox file upload/download and recursive directory copy from top-level cp
add regression tests for the old top-level alias failure
bump @miosa/cli to 1.0.40

Verification

npm test -- cp-ls-sandbox-alias.test.ts
npm run typecheck
npm run build
