…feros) Nuevo complemento a nivel concepto publicado por el SAT el 25-03-2026 y obligatorio desde el 24-04-2026 para el sector energetico. Incluye la clase HidrocarburosPetroliferos, enums TipoPermiso (PER01-PER11) y SubProductoHYP (SP16-SP48), plantilla XSLT para la cadena original, y un test de integracion @cfdi/xml que compara la salida de Saxon-HE con @cfdi/transform (skipped localmente, ejecutado en CI).
Imprime un mensaje en consola al cargar @cfdi/xml invitando a donar via Buy Me a Coffee o correo. Solo se muestra cuando NODE_ENV no es production ni test (suprime VITEST y JEST_WORKER_ID), y una sola vez por proceso usando un Symbol.for global como guard.
