Structured questions set of amateur radio operator licence test in Taiwan.
Amateur radio operator licence test in Taiwan are held in a rolling basis by the National Communication Commission (NCC) on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All test questions in used has been published by the NCC with free access.
As the orginal sets were presented in PDF, with no structured, I have extracted those questions into JSON files, aiding developers, test takers and HAM lovers to study in a more structual way.
These test sets are in Public Domain.
According to Subparagraph 5, Paragraph 1, Article 9 of the Copyright Act, "Test questions and alternative test questions from all kinds of examinations held pursuant to acts or regulations" shall not be the subject matter of copyright.
Thus, this test sets are in Public Domain, since they are test questions and alternative test questions from examinations held pursuant to the Telecommunications Management Act and the Administrative Regulations of Amateur Radio Operators and Radio Stations, which could not be a subject matter of copyright.

《業餘無線電人員資格測試題庫》由國家通訊傳播委員會 (NCC) 公開發布，為在臺灣進行業餘無線電資格測試時所使用之試題，並附標準答案。在臺灣，若要取得業餘無線電人員資格證書，必須報考業餘無線電人員資格測試。測驗方式為電腦答題，舉行時間固定於每周一、三、五，到場報名後隨到隨考。
由於 NCC 發布的試題僅有 PDF 格式版本，非結構化格式，若要進行試題分析、統整學習多有困難。於是我將試題處理轉化為 JSON 格式，以利開發者、考生及業餘無線電愛好者以更為結構化的方式學習。
本試題庫為公有領域。
本試題庫所收錄之試題，係國家通訊傳播委員會依電信管理法以及業餘無線電人員及電臺管理辦法等法令所舉行之「業餘無線電人員資格測試」使用。依據中華民國著作權法第 9 條第 1 項第 5 款規定，「依法令舉行之各類考試試題及其備用試題」不得為著作權之標的。
