fix(ci): single-line the release upload command - Collapse the `gh release upload` step to a single line and drop `shell: bash`, so the command runs under both PowerShell (Windows default) and bash; supersedes the `shell: bash` workaround from #11, which masked the bash-only backslash continuation.

shell: bashon the release upload step so the backslash line-continuation works on Windows runners (PowerShell rejected--clobberas an unexpected token, breaking the Windowsdtexbinary upload while Linux succeeded).release-as: "0.1.0"now that the 0.1.0 release is cut; without this, release-please would keep pinning every release to 0.1.0.
