release-as: "0.1.0"so the initial release is 0.1.0 rather than the 0.2.0 release-please derived from the historicalfeatcommits.bootstrap-shaat the pre-release HEAD so the 0.1.0 changelog is minimal (initial release) instead of sweeping up the CI plumbing commits.
